A few reasons why this happened:
1. You had purchased Cover Genie Pro but did not get to the JVZoo Customer Portal.
2. You had confused your JVZoo Customer Portal login details for Cover Genie Pro login details (these are two different sites; JVZoo is our third party payment gateway)
How do I solve it?
1. Log into your JVZoo Customer portal (http://customer.jvzoo.com/). Look for Cover Genie Pro then click "Access Purchase".
2. You will be prompt to create your account with our software.
